Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handling service requests via various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the O&M Manager when necessary.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for reference and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and prevent issues from arising.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service information, as well as relevant industry developments.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt to different personality types.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find satisfactory solutions.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
