  • Greet and welcome customers to Myanmar Plaza, providing a friendly and positive atmosphere.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or via email.
  • Assist customers with finding store locations, products, and mall amenities.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and feedback in a polite, professional, and effective manner.
  • Provide information regarding ongoing promotions, events, and services within the mall.
  • Assist with mall events and activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions and assistance to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming customer service area.
  • Assist with the management of lost and found items.
  • Coordinate with other mall staff and security as needed to address customer concerns or emergencies.
  • Keep customers informed about opening hours, mall policies, and other important information.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements

- Fresh graduates with good English skills are welcome!
- Aged 18-25, with good health.

- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
