Answer customer calls regarding Visa requirements,application processes and documentation.
Explain different visa options,processing times and special assistant services to potential clients.
Contact interested customers , provide updates on visa applications and encourage service bookings.
Guide clients in preparing and sumitting the required visa documents accurately.
Update clients details , application status and follow-up schedules in the system.
Work towards meeting monthly visa service sales goals and contribute to company revenue.
Other adminstrative tasks as necessary.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree Of Other Related Diploma / Qulification
One Year Experience In Customer Service Role
Understand visa process and prepare the necessary visa documents
Must be able to answer what customer want to know on Facebook Page and Phone Call
Good command in computer skills
Good communication skills
Must be able to work overtime when necessary
Must be able to follow the rules established by the office
