  • Management SLA Adherence and strong follow-ups with the concerned departments.
  • Maintaining the required complaint management dashboards.
  • Ensure that the team achieves its Complaint Management KPI’s.
  • Ensure that the team is up to date on the latest products and customer complaint management, refund and other policies.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree / undergraduate
  • Working Knowledge of CRM & MS Office (Excel, Word & Email, etc.)
  • Minimum Two Years of Experience in Telecom or Service Industry
  • Hands on experience for creating agent Level reports
  • Excellence customer service mind-set, good attitude, interpersonal skill and valued team work
  • Requirement for Basic English (Writing/reading)
  • Understand (COPC) quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Able to drive outbound packs sales to the team.
