Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Once booking is received from the customer, proceed to make a shipment booking with the Feeder Line.
Request 2nd Mother Vessel allocation from the T/S (Transshipment) side.
Check the Mother Vessel schedule in the system daily and inform the customer immediately if there are any changes.
After the vessel departs, request the Shipping Instruction (SI) from the customer and collect all necessary information for Bill of Lading (BL) issuance.
Once the customer confirms the Bill of Lading, close the BL and Manifest in the system, and then notify the T/S side accordingly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Preferred for higher-level roles, e.g in Supply Chain, Bussiness Logistics)
(1~3) Year in customer service Field(Prefer in logistics, Freight forwarding or supply chain)
Knowledge of import/export processes and logistics processes.
Communication Skills,Probem-solving Skills,Multitasking skills and IT Skills
Egnlish proficiency is typically required
Customer Services Mindset(Patience,Empathy and active listening)
