• Develop and achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the Business Plan for the sales channels• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs• Keep updated re own and competitors’ products• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Job Requirements
• Any graduate with Bachelor Degree• 5 years’ experience in sales of FMCG products, preferably in direct distribution channel.• Wholesale theories & FMCG Knowledge • Knowledge of the product and personal flair• Must be able to lead the team• Must be fluent in both Burmese and English languages.• Must be proficient in the area of Myanmar.• Communication, sales, and customer service skills.• Excellent PC Literacy (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach• Must be able to travel if required
