KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Support data collection, analysis, and documentation related to CBS modules (savings, loans, deposits, member management, etc.).
• Coordinate with financial institutions, field branches, and technical teams to gather functional and operational requirements.
• Monitor daily project activities and ensure progress aligns with timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, issue logs, and follow-up actions.
• Support system testing, UAT coordination, and verification of migrated data.
• Provide user support for CBS-related functional queries and escalate unresolved issues.
• Assist in training and orientation sessions for end-users and field officers.
• Facilitate communication between the implementation partner, vendor, and internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Business Administration or related field.
• 1 -2 years of working experiences in Banking, Microfinance or IT project support.
• Familiarity with project documentation, testing, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project tracking tools.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
