Job Purpose

The Assistant Manager – Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring is responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across Deposit and Digital Banking. The role leads the development of business intelligence dashboards, performance reporting, KPI monitoring, customer analytics, and management information using Power BI and other analytical tools to improve business performance, customer growth, and operational efficiency.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for Executive Management and business teams.
• Automate management reports and reduce manual reporting processes.
• Develop real-time KPI dashboards for Deposit and Digital Banking businesses.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly business performance against strategic targets.
• Analyze performance trends and identify business opportunities, risks, and gaps.
• Prepare executive-level business performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Analyze customer acquisition, activation, retention, transaction behavior, and product usage.
• Conduct segmentation, cohort, and profitability analysis to support business strategies.
• Identify customer behavior patterns and recommend initiatives to improve engagement and revenue.
• Analyze deposit growth, CASA mix, customer portfolio, product performance, digital adoption, card usage, and fee income.
• Monitor key digital banking metrics, including active users, transaction volume, transaction value, customer conversion, and channel performance.
• Support business planning through forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Data Management, Finance, Risk, Operations, and business units to validate data sources and reporting standards.
• Maintain documentation for KPIs, business definitions, and reporting methodologies.
• Provide analytical insights to support new products, campaigns, pricing strategies, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis for Executive Management.
• Present findings and recommendations to management using data visualization and storytelling techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, MIS, or Performance Management.
• Experience in banking, digital financial services, fintech, or telecommunications is preferred.
• Experience working with senior management and preparing executive-level reports.
