A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Checking All operation bills, claim and record in Budget file.
  • Checking All Payment entry.
  • Prepare Weekly cash report and send to Treasury Manager
  • Key in All Salary payment in AX.
  • Key in G&G/HO/F&B/CDL/Pac Link/SNG transactions in AX and confirm with BU.
  • Checking and Prepare Debit Note for All inter-co (F&B, HO, G&G, Pac-link, CDL)
  • Run MNA Air Tickets sales ledger and prepare payment to MNA office.
  • Middle ware sales check with AR Team and payment voucher for all process.
  • Near Me sales check with AR Team and payment voucher for all process.
  • Monthly prepare Accrual, Provision and Prepaid Schedule and key in software.
  • Monthly prepare Balance Sheet Schedule and all Inter-Co CDL, Pac Link, SNG, G&G, F&B, HO
  • Cooperation with SAS team (i.e. communication about the accounts transactions and passing the documents to SAS)
  • Prepare other related GL reports if required
  • Other ad hoc assigned by assistant finance manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance. (Prefer ACCA part II or CPA candidates).
  • Minimum [5] years of experience in related field and retail background will be advantage.
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
  • Honesty, Hardworking and Teamwork
  • Strong understanding of accounting theory and highly detailed oriented and organized in work.
