Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Support in developing preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
Manage all expenses within the allotted budget.
Installation and maintenance of the architectural, mechanical and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance to determine damages, repairs and replacements.
Support in developing preventive maintenance and energy conservation programs.
Fault handling and co-operating with other teams by phone and email.
Plan, coordinate and execute renovation projects.
Assist in employee recruiting, training, performance evaluation, termination and promotion activities.
Ensure that building structures and all mechanical and electrical systems are in good and safe conditions.
Ensure that engineering team uses equipment safely and efficiently to avoid accidents.
Communicate overall condition of engineering systems to AGM on regular basis.
Assist engineering staff to process other department and customer requests promptly and accurately.
Recommend cost-effective solutions to maintain building structures and related systems.
Ensure that work area is maintained clean, safe and organized.
Educate team on safety regulations, engineering policies and purchasing procedures and other company standards.
Oversee recycling and waste disposal programs.
Prioritize, plan and assign daily work duties to engineering staffs.
Order and stock the maintenance supplies to avoid any shortages.
Scheduled and performed preventative maintenance for various critical systems including HVAC, automation/fire systems, ELV system, UPS, and generators.

Job Requirements

Auto Cad 2D, 3D, Iso, Revit, Basic A+, CCNA, CCNP, Advanced RF and other relative M&E certificate.
At least 8 years experiences with DYCE and Strong experience in Telecommunication Field.
Microsoft Window XP, Vista, Window 7, Linux, UNIX
Advanced in Microsoft Office 2010 in Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Visio, Word Must have exceptional communications and interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate, brief, present, train and negotiate with a wide range of personnel.
Experiences and proven track record in the related field is essential.
Must be willing to travel work extended hours , weekends and holidayDeputy Chief Engineer (M&E)
