  • Pre coordination within Operations div. to start smoothly O&M for new service and new feature
  1. Understand background and objective of new service and new feature
  2. Negotiate relative departments of CTO and CCO
  3. Arrange and clarify role and responsibility within Operations div for new service and new feature
  4. Create workflow and standard of procedures with necessary documentation
  • Project management
  1. Draft a schedule and get a consensus among relative departments after pre coordination completed
  2. Manage the project in order to meet targeted schedule
  • O&M improvement
  1. Observe and review O&M activities after starting new service and new feature
  2. Coordinate to improve O&M activities if any difficulties dissatisfy our customers
  3. Analysis existing workflow and SOP conducting properly. Should improve them if any troubles.
