1. Install and troubleshoot Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Thin-client, Mac, Monitor, Mobile devices, VPN Token, Printers, Scanner, Thumb drives, encrypted portable HDD, etc
2. Excellent troubleshooting skills in Windows and non-Windows
3. Daily end-user support of software issues with applications, perform troubleshooting and diagnose the issue
and a complete re-image is performed if required.
4. Experience with support ticket systems and good knowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
5. Preferred Certifications: Microsoft and Networking certificate
