Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Maintain excel sheet tracking of Duty-Free product sales, purchasing and verify that actual quantity received matches orders placed
- Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, observing inventory levels; reorder when levels appear low; arranging for return and credit for damaged products.
- Analyze price proposals, comparison of prices, and other information to determine reasonable prices
- Proactively understand the sales trends via daily communication with the sales department
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- Strong product knowledge in Spirit categories is a must
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel – everyday maintenance and improvements to excel sheets is a requirement
- Previous role in a merchandising/buyer role for duty-free products is preferred but not necessary
- Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
- Ability to both work effectively in a team and independently
- Good ability in both spoken and written English – as correspondence with international suppliers in English is a requirement for the role
