  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
  • 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations.
  • Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager for at least 5 years
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams 
  • Determine key supply chain KPIs
  • Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
  • Assist logistics process for inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
  • Identify logistic process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
  • Good time-management skills
  • Must be able to comprehend legal documents.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills and the desire to build lasting relationships with people all over the world.

  3. Strong negotiating skills and able to build and maintain relationships on all levels.
  4. Able to travel (short/long distance) if required.
  5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Targeted, energetic and able to motivate other people.
  6. Possesses good communication & presentation skills
  7. Trustworthy, ambitious and able to work highly independently and in teams
  8. The ability to work under pressure and leadership qualities such as strong work ethic, trustworthiness, self-confidence and the ability to delegate responsibilities.
