  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers of raw materials, components, and services.
  • Negotiate favorable contracts, pricing, and terms for goods and services.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Ensure materials and components are delivered on time to avoid production delays
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Production, Logistics, Finance) to synchronize procurement and manufacturing needs.
  • Collaborate with the production team to forecast material requirements based on production schedules.
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock, ensuring efficient production flow.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate and related diploma
  • Minimum 2–4 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
  • Hands-on experience in purchasing raw materials, machinery spare parts, or production consumables
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing procurement processes and material planning
  •  Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor evaluation
  • Understanding of production schedules, inventory control, and lead time management
