The Digital Learning Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and managing all training as necessary for the Bank. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the HR’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective digital learning experience, content creation, learner engagement, improve learning outcomes, and contribute to the overall educational or training goals.The Digital learning Manager is instrumental in ensuring that each assignment is carried out in accordance with agreed quality metrics. He will be responsible for developing and communicating a clear training and professional development online curriculum with regular monitoring and evaluation thereafter.

  • Effectively execute the business, functions, and branches strategically to continue learning plans based on the yearly training plan and initiate the training content idea to fill the gap between the business’s strategies and employees’ competency based on the learning need identified.
  • Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials, and upload the training video, and training materials on the Learning Management System.
  • To assist in a Learning Management System, video shooting, editing, and audio content making based on the requirement of digital learning to meet the deadline.
  • Review and make suggestions to ensure that the video meets standard quality.
  • Communicate with the server team and monitor for any issues and bugs related to IT and KBZ Learning Management System.
  • Meeting with the international service provider and Learning Management System Support Team to negotiate based on the digital learning’s requirement, budget, process flow, etc.
  • Testing UAT on new features launched at the Learning Management System and Smart HR.
  • Design the process flow of the Learning Management System on new features development.
  • Be an administrator and monitor for Learning & Development Business email on behalf of the department and the Learning Management System.
  • Manage with the team to complete the eLearning completion report and BI report for all the eLearning courses as well as regular internal monthly reports.
  • Prepare initiated plan to grow the business, and prepare the proposal or presentation for any requirement in the operation.
  • Identifying and implementing training methods and criteria that identify successful delivery and receipt of training, also establish a recertification program to refresh standards.
  • Considering the costs and return on investment (ROI) of any planned eLearning training or online development programs and ensuring that these costs adhere to defined budgets.
  • Inspire and lead the development, communication, and implementation of a shared vision for the comprehensive use of technology to support a digital-age education that includes information literacy, programming, design thinking, and innovative learning environments.
  • Make suggestions for how to improve workflow or increase production values.
  • Other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, IT, business, and/or related business

Technical

  • Excellent computer skills, IT knowledge in the latest programs for presentation and knowledge transfer, and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Soft Skill

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and planning skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • At least 2 years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs combination of experience in Human Resources Knowledge of office management systems, Learning Management Systems, and Video Production
