Job Description

📊 Develop and drive the Annual Training Master Plan (TMP) – aligning all learning initiatives with company goals, competency frameworks, and budget allocation.
📘 Design, organize, and evaluate internal and external training programs (including workshops, e-learning, and blended learning).
🤝 Collaborate with departments to identify training needs through structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and integrate findings into the TMP.
🎓 Supervise the rollout of PDPs and PIPs, ensuring each employee has a measurable growth roadmap.
🎤 Conduct and facilitate soft skills and leadership training sessions for employees at all levels.
📊 Apply structured L&D methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational needs.
💻 Upload, track, and monitor learning materials, employee progress, and completion reports on the L&D digital platform
💻 Oversee and guide the L&D digital learning platform — ensuring all training content, results, and completion rates are updated.
📂 Maintain proper documentation following ISO Training & Development standards to ensure audit readiness.
🧭 Partner with external vendors for specialized programs and manage service quality evaluations.
📈 Monitor and review TMP progress monthly — reporting participation, outcomes, and ROI metrics to management.
💡 Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

🎓 Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
💼 At least 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
🗣️ Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital learning systems or LMS platforms.
📊 Knowledge of training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick, ADDIE) is a plus.
🤝 Excellent collaboration skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
🌱 Passionate about employee engagement, talent growth, and leadership development.
