πŸ“Š Develop and drive the Annual Training Master Plan (TMP) – aligning all learning initiatives with company goals, competency frameworks, and budget allocation.
πŸ“˜ Design, organize, and evaluate internal and external training programs (including workshops, e-learning, and blended learning).
🀝 Collaborate with departments to identify training needs through structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and integrate findings into the TMP.
πŸŽ“ Supervise the rollout of PDPs and PIPs, ensuring each employee has a measurable growth roadmap.
🎀 Conduct and facilitate soft skills and leadership training sessions for employees at all levels.
πŸ“Š Apply structured L&D methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick) to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with organizational needs.
πŸ’» Upload, track, and monitor learning materials, employee progress, and completion reports on the L&D digital platform
πŸ’» Oversee and guide the L&D digital learning platform — ensuring all training content, results, and completion rates are updated.
πŸ“‚ Maintain proper documentation following ISO Training & Development standards to ensure audit readiness.
🧭 Partner with external vendors for specialized programs and manage service quality evaluations.
πŸ“ˆ Monitor and review TMP progress monthly — reporting participation, outcomes, and ROI metrics to management.
πŸ’‘ Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation throughout the organization.

Job Requirements

πŸŽ“ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or a related discipline.
πŸ’Ό At least 5 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
πŸ—£οΈ Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
πŸ’» Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital learning systems or LMS platforms.
πŸ“Š Knowledge of training evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick, ADDIE) is a plus.
🀝 Excellent collaboration skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
