Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy across all digital channels including social media, website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, digital advertising, and AI video creation.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other online platforms.
• Plan and manage social media content calendars, promotions, and audience engagement activities.
• Create and coordinate marketing content including graphics, videos, captions, promotional materials, and digital campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate regular reports, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for marketing optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with digital partners, content providers, influencers, media agencies, and external vendors.
• Control digital marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and effective resource allocation.
• Align digital marketing campaigns with in-store promotions, seasonal sales activities, product launches, and retail business objectives.
• Ensure consistent brand identity, communication, and messaging across all digital platforms and marketing channels.
• Coordinate closely with sales, retail operations, merchandising, and creative teams for campaign planning and execution.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, platform algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
• Support branding, customer acquisition, and online reputation management initiatives.
