  • Lead and oversee the digital marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies, supervise their implementation, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, make data-driven adjustments, and generate reports with insights and recommendations to achieve marketing goals. 
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online sales, staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices. media
  • Observe competitors, find growth opportunities, and negotiate with vendors to optimize budgets and costs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, especially in running ads and managing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and advertising tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
