An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities across various channels (e.g., digital, print, events).
  • Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, emails, and presentations.
  • Support digital marketing efforts including social media management, website updates, SEO, and paid ads.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies/vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
  • Help organize and participate in marketing and promotional events such as product launches, seminars, and CSR activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ensure marketing compliance with insurance industry regulations and company guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the insurance, banking, or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator is a plus).
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Good communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage.
