Manage and maintain daily operations across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Design visually appealing graphics and produce engaging video content (Short-form videos, Reels, and TikToks) that align with the brand’s identity.
Develop and execute a monthly content calendar, ensuring consistent posting schedules and fresh storytelling ideas.
Write compelling captions and marketing copy tailored to different audiences and platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and interact with followers to build a loyal community.
Track key metrics (Reach, Engagement, Views) and provide regular reports to optimize future content strategies.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva for high-quality graphic design.
Hands-on experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro to create professional video content.
Deep understanding of current trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
Proficiency in English (for professional communication/copywriting) and native-level fluency in the primary language used for the local market.
Ability to generate unique ideas and take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation is preferred.
