Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan  and  execute  all  web,  email,  social  media(to  include  Facebook,  Twitter,  Instagram, Snapchat  and  Pinterest) and work  in  unison  with  the Head  of Sales  &  Marketing  to manage the coordination of all digitalcampaigns.

Contribute  and  then  overseethe  social  media  strategy  for  Galgorm  Resort  &  Spa, including   the   development   and   management   of   engaging   content,   which   will   be evidenced in the weekly & monthly reporting of all activity.

Liaise  with  our  Partners  at  NetAffinity  to  help  improve the  usability,  design,  content  and conversion of the brand & corporate websites(Including Fratelli, Belfast).

Develop and managedigital marketing campaigns in conjunction  with the  wider Sales  & Marketing Team.

Coordinate  and  take  responsibilityfor  planning  and  budgetary  control  of  all  digital marketingactivity, in conjunction with theHead of Sales & Marketing

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Including financial reporting of campaign spend against budgets.

Identify  trends  and  insights,  optimizing  campaign  spend  and  performance  based  on  the insights

An  innate  grasp  of  commercial  value  and  ability  to  measure  the  success  or  failure  of  a project

Contribute ideas to continually review and assess processes and performance

A  dedication  to  the discovery  and utilisation  of  the  latest  tools  &  techniques  in  digital marketing

An ‘always-be-testing’ mentality with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation

Strong  knowledge  of  Google  Analytics  and  other  analytical  tools,  identifying  key  metrics and using these to inform future campaign strategy

Undertake  competitor  and  market  analysis  to  gather  opportunities  and  inform  strategic direction

Manage and optimise social advertising across multiple platforms whilst keeping a close eye on budgets and ROI

Champion  digital  across  the  business  to  drive  forward  digitalisation  of  our  brand  &  our corporate profile.

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate.
  2. 2 Years of experience in Marketing
  3. Knowledge of Digital Marketing
  4. Medium level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees
  5. Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

clothing to Men and Women. We will locate Stores in downtown in Yangon, which is a
heart of City in Myanmar. While our initial goal is to open the Luxury Stores in Myanmar
include potentially our retail store and a well recognized world brand name. In turn, we
would hope to penetrate a sizable portion of the retail market.

We have successfully brought and opened the Armani Exchange Store at Myanmar Plaza
Shopping Centre in July 2016 at Yangon. And we introduced and opened the Luxury
Brand, Emporio Armani Store at Sule Square which is located the centre of Yangon in
December 14th , 2017. Then, we extended next second Armani Exchange store in
October, 2017 at Junction City which is near the Bogyoke Aung San Market which is very
crowed downtown area in Yangon.

We brought the world brands which is Armani Exchange and Emporio Armani to our
Myanmar People whom love the luxury brands. The fashion and retail industry tends to
be overly youth focused. However, by closely following luxury fashion trends as
well as our customers’ purchasing preferences.
