Job Description

Scope of work
• Development of brand awareness and online reputation.
• Promotion Strategy: Planning, measure and optimize our paid marketing, Google Analytics, and
marketing analytics reports.
• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels
and ads)
• Visual Design: Supervise and proposal designs and content for google ads, Facebook ads campaigns,
Facebook Content + Event Boost.
• Expenses proposal and reports: Facebook Ads Campaign and Google Ads campaign.
• Solid Content Strategy: Collaborate with Communications Representative to generate high-quality
content around important, relevant terms following the keyword strategy SEO (search engine
optimization) and generation of inbound traffic.
• Engagement Strategy: Ongoing adjustments of ads, visual sets, copy and segmentation to achieve
optimum results
• Update our websites as needed.
• Proactively scope and present new ideas to improve our website experience for new leads and
users.
• Ensure that create value-added and adjusted content (in tone, extension, style) for each audience
and for each social media.
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
• Identify “customers” needs and recommend new topics.
• Manage a HubSpot user (CRM software) for tracking all digital activities.
• Manage or oversee all digital advertising campaigns.
• Work together with Admission Team to cultivation of leads and sales (Conversion Strategy).
• Implement a content editorial calendar with the Communications Representative for Social media
and for website.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or other related business degree from a recognized university

  • At least 2 years of working experience in a digital marketing role and preferably in the Education sector.

  • Conceptual Thinking and Data Analysis, Negotiation 

  • Operational Excellence

  • Building Confidence, Adaptability, Coordination

 Develop a digital ads strategy for the school and execute from every channel. She/he should act as the
brand in every sense; create, curate, and schedule content that best reflects the brand voice on Google,
Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
She/he manages campaigns and report on social analytics. She/he also will monitor conversations on
social accounts and engage with the school audience.
Should work closely with the “Communications Representative” to create engaging text for all the ads and
organic content, and have weekly meetings with the Admissions team to suits our parent's request or
concerns through our content.
