  • Responds to customer web inquire regarding online merchandise or service orders.
  • Assists customers with product selection, answer basic questions and suggests various product options that are available.
  • Documents customer problems.
  • Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
  • Support Online-sale channel in purchase order submission, on-going customer service, support, and relaying prospect information to the sales team.
  • Perform daily internet order management and fraud check duties
  • Work in a team-oriented atmosphere while independently managing own priority workflow and responsibilities.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • Preferable in Diploma in Media/Marketing and also Management or Equivalent.
  • Age between 22 ~ 35 years.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the related field or relevant experience preferred (Min 1-year direct client selling experience)
  • Have good English language and computer literate.
  • Assertive and results-oriented self-starter.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill in verbal, written communication and negotiation skills.
  • A commitment to excellent Customer Service .
  • Willing to work hard.
  • Experience in customer care or support role.
  • Self-starting, eager and positive attitudes.
  • Professional communication skills and work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer and software skills.
