Presenting products online through various digital channels, including websites, mobile apps, social media sites, blogs, and email newsletters
Measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking customer data such as clickthrough rates and conversion rates
Recommending changes to existing products or services based on input from customers
Resolving any issues that may arise during the process of completing a sale
Providing customer service to clients by answering questions about products or services offered
Provides sales report on timely basis.
Building and maintaining long term relationship with customers
Responsible for achieving or exceeding the sales targets
Any other duties assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

Any Graduated or Relevant Degree level or diploma & certificates
Minimum 2 to 4 yrs of relevant working experiences
Must proficient in Digital Marketing Tools and processes
Must set the digital marketing strategies and lead the team to get the sales target & goals.
Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skills
Skilled in Microsoft office
Willing to work overtime, when needed, to complete the jobs in time and in good results
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Be willing to travel and meet new people.
Have good understanding of technology and its application
Have high self-motivation to succeed
