Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the Last Mile team (identify & plan needs, give objectives, debrief KPIs)
  • Plan and anticipate resources to maintain efficient on-ground activity and accommodate high volumes (especially during campaigns)
  • Improve Last Mile KPIs (Success Rate, Lead-time, Productivity, Losses and backlogs)
  • Preparation, analysis and debrief of Last Mile reports (snap reports, monthly review, Daraz calls)
  • Promote collaboration with other departments (Seller Support, Transport, Warehouse, Finance, HR, Commercial)
  • Work with project managers and central team experts to design, and implement new processes
  • Ensure SOP compliance across ShopExpress operations
  • Improve team efficiency with lean management and 5S methodology on ground

Job Requirements

  • Successful working experience greater than 1 year
  • Understand the Ecommerce Logistic process
  • Experience in Logistics and deliveries (E-Commerce is a plus)
  • Experience in leading a team greater than 10 people
  • Any graduate & other related diploma holders
  • Strong technical skills, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive
  • Ability to follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Very good level in English (spoken and written)
