Job Description

  • Realize pre-studies to identify projects - planning, resources, risks & opportunities
  • Present pre-studies to a Project Review Committee - scenarios, SWOT, budget, planning
  • Realize projects, coordinate ressources & actors, follow planning and budget, communicate
  • Organize Steering Committee and debrief projects - planning, budgets, decisions
  • Guaranty the project handover to operational teams (documentation, tests)
  • Present projects results to a Project Review Committee (KPIs, return on invest)

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate & other related diploma holders
  • Successful working experience - 3 years as logistic BPO or logistic team manager

  • Experience in E-commerce or transport B2C
  • Experience in cross team projects
  • Strong technical skills, especially MS Excel, Powerpoint and Google Drive

  • Ability to follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  • Very good level in English (spoken and written)

  • Understand the Ecommerce Logistic process
