Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

o Manage day-to-day food delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
o Supervise rider networks, restaurant partners, and customer support teams.
o Monitor KPIs such as delivery time, order accuracy, and customer ratings.
o Identify bottlenecks in delivery workflows (traffic delays, order batching, rider availability) and implement solutions.
o Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all operational functions.
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analytics and customer feedback.
o Recruit, train, and mentor operations staff and delivery riders.
o Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
o Collaborate with product and teams to enhance app features that support operations (e.g., realtime tracking, payment integration).
o Ensure smooth adoption of digital tools among riders and restaurant partners.
o Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues promptly.
o Manage operating budgets, vendor contracts, and rider incentive programs.
o Optimize cost structures while maintaining service quality.
o Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in food delivery, logistics, or service industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking abilities.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms, dashboards, and mobile apps.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
