We are looking for a dynamic and confident Education Consultant – Admission to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding parents and students through the admission process and successfully closing enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clear and detailed explanations of the school programs and curriculum to parents and students
• Handle inquiries via phone, social media, and in person
• Support the full admission process from consultation to enrollment
• Follow up with prospective parents to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
• Collect enrollment fees and coordinate with the finance/admin team
• Maintain proper records of inquiries and admissions

Job Requirements
• Any graduate (Education/Marketing background preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-service oriented
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, social media)
• Experience in sales, education, or customer service is an advantage
