• Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of French and English lessons.
• Assist in creating an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning and participation.
• Support students individually and in small groups to enhance understanding and academic progress.

Student Support

• Work collaboratively with teachers and relevant staff to provide additional support for students when required.

• Participate in school activities, events, parent meetings, and extracurricular programs.
• Assist with supervision duties and contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Support the school's mission, values, safeguarding, and child protection policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, French, Linguistics, Modern Languages, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English/French.
• Language proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced level preferred).
• Previous teaching, tutoring, or classroom support experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Good computer skills and confidence in using educational technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching French and/or English language learners.
• Experience working in an international school setting.
• Passion for education and student-centered learning.
