About Company - We are Wall Street English, the premier provider of English language instruction for individuals and corporate clients around the world. Our innovative blended learning method integrates the best of proven learning approaches to provide the most effective English language instruction available for adults.

 

We are looking for five Educational Consultants to join Wall Street English in Yangon and Mandalay. The role focuses on supporting student enrollment and renewals by providing effective consultation on our programs, maintaining strong relationships with students and parents, and ensuring a positive learning journey. The position will also support sales planning, customer service, event coordination, and general administrative tasks while collaborating closely with the academic and school teams to achieve overall school targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Effectiveness (New & Renewed)

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of products and methods.
  • Master presentation and closing skills to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare and execute a monthly sales plan for maximum impact.
  • Maintain accurate records in the school information system.
  • Guide new students in using school applications and engage with parents to build trust.

2. Customer Service

  • Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout their journey.
  • Report important feedback, complaints, and prospects to the School Manager.
  • Prepare and distribute necessary materials for students.

3. Event Coordination

  • Assist in preparing materials and supporting external events as assigned.
  • Provide consultation at events and assist with extracurricular activities when available.

4. General Administration

  • Manage school assets, materials, and general purchases.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and hygienic school environment.
  • Handle daily cash collection and bank deposits per school procedures.

5. Collaboration

  • Foster strong teamwork between sales and academic teams.
  • Attend required meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and time management.
  • Minimum 1 year working experiences in Sales and customer services
