Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Regularly visit retail outlets to introduce our skincare products directly to new customers.
  • Help set up the initial field acquisition workflows, locations, and strategies for the new team.
  • Manage, train, and motivate 2 to 3 staff members, working alongside them in the field to hit targets.
  • Act as the face of the brand, educating the public on our skincare benefits and driving immediate interest.
  • Track daily field performance and acquisition metrics, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Skincare, Beauty products or FMCG background is preferred.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, field marketing, or roadshows/events.
  • Experience leading or supervising a small sales or promotional team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
  • willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory (high field time requirement).
