Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • The Engineer (MEP) is responsible for managing and coordinating the Electrical, P&S, ACMV and Fire Fighting System of Construction and Interior Decoration Projects.
  • This role involves overseeing the design drawing, material specification, cost calculation, quotation preparation and installation process of MEP systems to ensure they meet the quality and timeline of respective projects within the budget.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related engineering field.

  • Professional engineering license or certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an MEP Engineer or similar role in construction and/or Interior Decoration projects.

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, standards, and best practices.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to meet tight time lines.

  • Supervise and coordinate MEP work scopes with the respective operation team(s).

  • Work closely with other departments to meet the project timeline and requirements.
