MEP Engineer (Project) is responsible for Project Implementation and completion according to Target timeline with Standard Quality. Conducts the inspection, supervision all Coordination work between Design Consultant, Project Owner, MEP Contractors and Suppliers. Required the modification of standard design techniques and procedures throughout the project implementation until the project closing time.  

• Review/discuss the designs with professional designers to produce the design more economy/safety and effective. 

• Coordinate the MEP design with Design Consultant and MEP main-con for Commercial Building 

• Manage/monitor MEP material quantity and MEP material QA and QC. 

• Manage/monitor MEP system document control (inspection, T&C and handover) 

• Attend MEP technical meeting as required and produce meeting minutes accordingly. 

• Solving the site matter with other trade. 

• Analyzing the completed work done % and confirmation to MEP-QS for the submitted payment claim by contractors 

• Monitor project schedule and oversee performance to ensure for work completion in time with quality 

• Monitor the start-up of MEP systems, testing & commissioning. 

• Plan/coordinate MEP system handover for the maintenance schedule with Operation team and Specialist. 

• Prepare/Compile the MEP As-Built Drawings/Warranty Document/Manual/ Training Documents which are provided by Contractors for hand overing to Operation Team for future operational purpose.  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or Diploma from a recognized vocational training school).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Construction/MEP works with a reputable Developer or Contractor company.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, major equipment, and related infrastructure.

• Understanding of MEP design, compliance standards, codes, rules, and regulations.

• Ability to follow up and coordinate design changes during construction.

• Good knowledge of civil and structural works related to building projects.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.

• Ability to monitor site progress, manage project workflow, and ensure timely project completion.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience in site inspection, Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC).
