Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

1. Site Supervision

  • Oversee gypsum partitions & ceilings, joinery, carpentry, wall finishes, flooring, doors, cabinets, and furniture.

  • Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and material submittals.

  • Manage subcontractors and daily site activities.

2. Coordination

  • Coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams.

  • Liaise with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.

  • Attend progress meetings.

3. Quality & HSE

  • Monitor workmanship and finishing quality.

  • Raise/close NCRs and ensure defect rectification.

  • Enforce site safety and housekeeping standards.

4. Documentation & Handover

  • Prepare daily reports, IRs, MIRs.

  • Assist with as-built drawings, snag lists, and progress tracking.

  • Support snagging, de-snagging, and final handover.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Experience:

  • 3–7 years in interior fit-out projects (commercial/residential/hospitality/retail).

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of interior finishes and installation methods

  • Ability to read shop drawings

  • MEP coordination awareness

  • Understanding of quality standards

Software:

  • AutoCAD (mandatory)

  • MS Office

  • SketchUp/Revit (advantage)
