Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Act as the subject matter for Microsoft A/X Dynamics in support of ongoing SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Dealer Management System) related User training, troubleshooting, and recommendation of solutions.
Provides first level support to end users and takes ownership for troubleshooting minor user or technical problems, and provides corrective actions with a sense of urgency. Support in developing and implementing project plans for ERP functional support tasks.
Works with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement support of regular business operations and provides cross-functional training as needed. Work with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements.
Develops and presents training materials for end users. User Acceptance testing as required.
Analysis for all category during Cycle Counting process. Review and suggest process improvement through proper Change Management.
Timely escalation of unresolved problems to second level and follow up
Facilitate discussions with departments regarding business challenges.
Collaborate with IT department in conceptualizing and developing system enhancements.
Occasional off-shift duties may be required from time-to-time in order to roll out new processes/systems.
Performs other related work as assigned or required.
Ensure daily closing (inventory and financial) of relevant branches
Ensure overall report integrity, Data accuracy and synchronization.

Job Requirements

A bachelor degree in information technology or computer science, or Business.
2 to 3 years of work experience similar industry
Able to speak Myanmar language and English.
Interested or comfortable in usage of computers or software
Is an effective team player, and able to provide support skills in a manner that fosters commitment, team spirit, pride, and mutual trust and respect.
Independent and able to manage own work.
Shows initiative, supports organizational change, and is committed to challenging the status quo; and providing suggestions for continuous improvements.
