Job Description

  • Develop and implement scalable web applications and deploy running environments from development to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain automated deployment CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
  • Automate and optimize manual and repetitive tasks using scripting and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) technologies.
  • Manage, provision, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of systems and applications through robust practices.
  • Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Analyze operational, financial, and performance data using statistical techniques and provide digital solutions.
  • Study current practices of the company and define new improvement opportunities.
  • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, clean, reusable, reliable, and high-performing code.
  • Perform regular testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices; identify and fix bottlenecks.
  • Work with databases and data storage solutions to manage and access data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with project/product managers, team leads, quality assurance engineers, and analysts to design user-friendly applications and deliver integrated solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor server workload, utilization, and optimize costs by stopping unused services and tools.
  • Provide ongoing support for the management and support the team with necessary tasks as requested.
  • Participate fully in Agile digital transformation
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Have ample working experience with developing web applications using Backend (PHP – Vanilla PHP or Laravel/Lumen Framework, MySQL) and Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Vanilla JS or jQuery or Vue.js, REACT) development tech stacks
  • AWS Cloud, Linux, LAMP/LEMP stack, git, Gitlab DevOps skills are important
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure automation, containerization, orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud service management.
  • Understanding of Client-Server Architecture, REST API, Web Application Security
  • Have interest in financial products and services
  • Good project management skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result
  • Strong problem-solving capacity
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Fluency in both English and Burmese
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
  • Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
  • Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Good to have experience in Myanmar typing
