Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Understand the requirements for each event
  • Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
  • Book venues and schedule speakers
  • Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve the most favorable terms
  • Travel all over the country and assist for the event
  • Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
  • Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems and reporting

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated (Welcome Fresh Graduate)
  • Age Between 20 to 28.
  • Must be able to travel if needed
  • Must be able to work overtime if needed
  • Good-communication, organization, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
  • Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willing to learn, quick learning is a major plus
  • Knowledge of English and Microsoft office would be great
  • Able to work under pressure
