𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Record daily operations, incidents, and duty rosters.
  • Monitor missions, patrols, and secure transport.
  • Handle emergency calls, follow protocols, and escalate when needed.
  • Coordinate Cash-in-Transit (CiT) operations and client communication.
  • Manage ethics hotline reports and follow up as per company policy.

Job Requirements

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year in emergency coordination, customer service, or call center.
  • Fluent in English and Burmese.
  • Able to work under pressure and on rotational shifts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with security systems.
