We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Coordinator to support our Managing Director in driving strategic initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires a sharp thinker with strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to ensure seamless execution of MD’s directives and cross-functional alignment.

• Act as the primary liaison between the MD and all departments, factories, and business units
• Translate executive directives into actionable plans and ensure timely execution
• Coordinate with GMs, Department Managers, Factory Heads, and Project Leads to align operations
• Analyze operational reports and identify challenges, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Prepare executive summaries, performance dashboards, and strategic reports for MD
• Lead or support special projects and strategic initiatives across the group
• Attend internal meetings and represent MD when delegated
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications

• Bachelor 's degree in Business Administration , Management , or related field ( MBA preferred ).
• Minimum 5 Years of experience in executive coordination , strategic operations , or corporate affairs.
• Proven experience working directly with Chief Level exeutives or senior management.
• Strong understanding of multi-sector operations . ( Manufacturing , Sales , Construction )
• Excellent communication , negotiation and stakehloder management skills.
• High Level of analytical thinking and problem- solving ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with discretion and integrity.
