Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage daily operations of Oway Travel at the Call Center and Customer Service (5 PM – 9 AM)
  • Handle customer requests and complaints through Oway communication channels including calls, email, Facebook comments/messenger, and Viber
  • Assist customer requests related to specific products
  • Convert failed and initialized online orders into completed status
  • Conduct outbound calls
  • Support cross-team members in issue resolution
  • Prepare and submit daily online reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or university student
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work night shifts with a rotating schedule on weekends and public holidays
  • Ability to attend one day shift per week
  • (maximum four days per month based on assigned duty schedule)
