  • Handle the customer complaints
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Build and establish good work relationship with clients to facilitate increased patronage and revenue.
  • Supervise the operations of after sales teams to ensure set targets are met.
  • Coordinate with site and Room owner

  • 3+ years of experience in after-sales or customer relations, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
