Must have met/exceeded objectives as established by HOD.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and meeting more clients.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns about requirements.
Develop and implement effective sales plans.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to clients.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/ close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and work toward achieving sales targets.
Meet/exceed the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Must have an optimistic attitude and be open-minded and curious in the face of new challenges.
Directly report to the Head of BD.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma.
Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing.
Able to use (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email & Internet).
Able to type Myanmar/ English.
Fair in English spoken and written.
Good in attitude, willingness to learn, personality, communication and reporting.
Ability to work long hours under pressure.
Able to travel.
Strong in listening to the clients, convincing based on the client's need and want.
Giving information clearly based on the client's questions and taking responsibility.
