Job Description

Overview

The overall purpose and responsibilities will be to support the Wholesale Channel in Yangon and Nationwide to drive sales optimization for Oway (Hair care) business with stockists. This position will support the Wholesale Division to achieve sales strategies for all stockists, by integrating business requirements within trade partner agreements, along with analyzing market dynamics and business opportunities

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Making appointments and regular call visit to new and existing customers
  • Carry out Modern Trade Channel’s sale process daily and carry out necessary actions as required; develop target list of new customers and front-line relationship with key customer accounts
  • Effectively implement marketing program
  • Implement sale strategies to achieve growth and hitting sales targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Find new customer and build strong relationship to maximize sales
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly schedule
  • Regular and timely reporting of daily, weekly and monthly report

  • Bachelor’s Degree ,Diploma in business management or other related field
  • Fluent in English and Brumes (Optional: Mandarin)
  • Sales experience in related filed
  • Must be able to travel
  • Ability to handle an ever-changing fast-paced work environment
  • Can work Under pressure
  • Microsoft word, excel, power point
  • Excellent cooperation and communication skill
  • Good personality
  • Good presentation skill
