Job Description

- To provide support to the Chairman in delivering overall strategic objectives.
-To provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travel and preparing travel itineraries, correspondence and prioritising emails for the Chairman.
-To work closely with the Chairman and Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the Chairman.
-To coordinate, contributes, attend and take minutes for the Chairman’s meetings and any other relevant meetings.
-To conduct research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman.
-To provide administrative support to the Chairman in the follow up and completion of departmental work plans.
-To provide administrative support to the Chairman in implementing organisational projects and programmes.
-To provide administrative support to the Chairman in the leadership and management of the organisation.
-To produce reports and follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman as and when required.
-To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
-To ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
-To maintain strong, professional relationship with relevant business partners.
-To maintain the finance of the organization analyses costs, pricing, variable contributions develop trends.
-To organize and maintain the Chairman’s schedule and perform related administrative tasks
-To provide monthly, annual settlement and various financial reports
-To support responsible behavior at all times, positively representing.
-To handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

Job Requirements

-Master Degree must be an added advantage EMBA or MBA,and also must have ACCA Part 3.
(Strong Accounting and Financial Knowledge)
-Can speak English fluently
-Must have expert communication skill , excellent negotiation skill , highly managerial skill
-Strong organizational, communication skills and attention to details
-Enjoy document work with detailed excellence and fine neatness
-Organized with sound time keeping, scheduling and forward planning ability
-Excellent in performing tasks using the MS Office program
-Written and verbal communication skills in English.
