  • Lead the drawing team, ensuring high-quality engineering designs and technical drawings for expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings and plans.
  • Coordinate effectively with site contractors to ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met.
  • Review and verify all engineering designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and other team members.
  • Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports.
  • Act as a liaison between design teams, contractors, and project management to ensure smooth project execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in engineering design, with a focus on large-scale expansion projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of engineers or draftsmen.
  • Experience in coordinating with site contractors and ensuring smooth project flow.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
  • Excellent knowledge of CAD software and design tools.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
