Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Responsible for supporting the overall performance and environment of new Centre openings. This position supports the Centre Expansion Team in achieving outlined goals and in establishing the foundation necessary for new Centre to be successful.

  • Following the project center network and development plan of the assigned supervisor by coordinating with related Function/BUs and teams.
  • Make sure to support or technical assistance for the key personnel of each KBZPay Centers.
  • Support center admin cost and provide feedback to ops team to control.
  • Support new centers for all hardware/software/id management, other technical issues and coordinate with internal stakeholders for resolution.
  • Maintain all non-revenue reports for new centers and highlight irregular patterns.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to perform every other duty as assigned.
  • Detail tracking, keeping and delivering of new centers setup assets like devices, stationery, POSM, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Minimum 3 years in Supervisor Level
  • Proven ability to supervise multiple center launches simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Exceptional coordination and negotiation skills to stakeholders
  • Able to trip.
  • Can be able to use Microsoft Office and Google app.
