Role Summary

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking (Site Supervisor) to join our team. Your main job is to make sure our signage is measured correctly before production and installed safely at the client's site. This is a great role for someone who likes being on the move and working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Measurement: Visit client sites to take exact measurements for signs, stickers, and boards. (Precision is a must!)
• Site Survey: Take clear photos and notes of the installation area to help our design team.
• Team Lead: Lead a small team of installers to make sure the job is finished on time and looks professional.
• Basic Construction: Oversee simple site work like small concrete bases, welding, or frame assembly.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure the team works safely and leaves the site clean after the job is done.

• Experience: At least 1–2 years in signage, printing, or general construction.
• Skills: Must be able to use a measuring tape and basic tools perfectly.
• Communication: Able to explain site issues clearly to the office team.
• Education: High school or AGTI diploma (Basic construction knowledge is a plus).
• Reliability: Preferably, you can take public transportation, ride a car and motorcycle, or be able to travel to different sites in Yangon easily.
