To take responsible for issuing daily use items for kitchen.
To check and record daily purchase items.
To receive and check the daily purchase items.
To do inspection of quality of food stuff. Daily inspection of restaurant and kitchen area to clean & safe
Ensure to arrange all requisition items to purchase in time.
Responsible for proper and standard storage of food under controlled condition and smooth operation of food service
To analyse the daily sales and food consumption.
To check the portion of food used by cook as cooking ingredient.
To check the final dish whether standard quality or not.To make sure the pricing survey according to the purchased price.
To ensure that the monthly status of the inventory and purchasing reports
To explain and train the staff concern with rules and regulation of hospital, personal hygiene, service standard and uniform grooming.
