1.    Fuel Management

• Coordinate and arrange fuel delivery to network nodes.
• Monitor and record fuel consumption at each node.
• Maintain accurate fuel usage records and prepare regular reports.

2.    Power and Generator System Maintenance

• Coordinate and monitor generator maintenance activities at network nodes.
• Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of power systems and diesel generators (DG).
• Identify and coordinate the resolution of power-related issues to minimize service interruptions.

3.    Air Conditioning and Facilities Maintenance

• Coordinate and supervise air conditioning system maintenance at network nodes.
• Manage and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works at nodes.
• Monitor and maintain node facilities, including CCTV systems, door access control, water leakage prevention, and site cleanliness.
• Ensure that node facilities are maintained in good working condition.

4.    Labor and Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate and verify weekly labor charges and related maintenance expenses.
• Liaise with technicians, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

o    Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.
5.    Termination Device and Inventory Management
o    Collect daily data on assigned termination jobs and update job progress records.
o    Prepare schedules for the collection of termination devices from customers.
o    Coordinate the collection and return of termination devices in accordance with company procedures.
o    Ensure that all returned devices are properly recorded and handed over to the inventory team.
o    Maintain and update the daily device return list and follow up on outstanding devices.
6.    Reporting and Documentation
o    Prepare and submit daily and weekly operational reports to the Section Chief.
o    Maintain accurate records of fuel consumption, maintenance activities, labor charges, and device returns.
o    Track outstanding maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions.
 

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Power, or telecom and ISP fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M), particularly in power systems, diesel generators, and facilities maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, generator maintenance, air conditioning systems in telecom and ISP fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Auto CAD.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel to network nodes and field sites when required.
